A myriad of biological and clinical factors relative to the hard and soft tissues affects the successful grafting procedure.
A philosophy of hard tissue grafting technique will be presented to more predictably achieve long-term stability.
Several of augmentation procedures, including lateral and vertical reconstruction techniques, are shown.
The use of various flap designs and soft tissue augmentation techniques can help to get appropriate tissue engineering in all three dimensions.
The presentation integrates evidence based biological principles and clinical aspects in hard and soft tissue management to optimize long-term tissue stability.
